By accessing and using WebWiseRSA's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website development, hosting, and maintenance services.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. WebWiseRSA reserves the right to change these terms at any time with reasonable notice to clients.
WebWiseRSA provides website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services. Our services include:
Specific deliverables are outlined in individual package descriptions and confirmed during project initiation.
Initial Payment: A setup fee plus first month's service fee is due upon order confirmation. Work commences within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Monthly Billing: Starting from the second month, clients will be billed monthly for hosting, maintenance, and support services. Monthly fees are due in advance.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers (EFT), credit/debit cards, and PayFast payments.
Late Payments: Services may be suspended if monthly payments are more than 7 days overdue. A reconnection fee may apply.
The client agrees to:
Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel monthly services after completing a minimum 3-month service period. 30 days written notice is required.
Setup Fee: The initial setup fee is non-refundable once development work has commenced.
Service Termination: Upon cancellation, the website will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Backups will be provided upon request.
Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of services.
Service Guarantee: We guarantee 99.9% uptime for hosting services and will work diligently to resolve any technical issues.
Limitation of Liability: WebWiseRSA's liability is limited to the monthly service fee paid by the client. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Content Responsibility: Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content provided. WebWiseRSA is not liable for client-provided content.
Website Ownership: Upon full payment of setup fees, clients own the website content and design. However, WebWiseRSA retains rights to underlying code and frameworks.
Portfolio Rights: WebWiseRSA reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Third-party Assets: Some design elements, plugins, or tools may be subject to third-party licenses.
